It seems it pays to remain cool under pressure as Ryan Gosling’s odds to play James Bond have been slashed by a UK Bookmaker.
After his film, La La Land was wrngly announced as the winnder of the Best Picture award at this week’s Oscars, the star kept his composure while everyone started freaking out.

He then managed to see the funny side of it, and couldn’t keep from giggling.

And according to William Hill bookmakers, that’s exactly how James Bond would react.
“Ryan Gosling showed an admirable sense of humor and his composure was worthy of Mr. Bond–the coolest cucumber of them all,” said Rupert Adams, a spokesperson for U.K. bookmaker, William Hill, who then upped Gosling’s 007 odds from 14/1 to 10/1.
These odds however still put the Gos behind frontrunners Michael Fassbender, Tom Hardy and James Norton – and not to mention Daniel Craig who is yet to officially bow out of the race.
