In case you missed it, major drama has gone down between Kim Kardashian and Taylor Swift, as Kim Kardashian posted video evidence on her Snapchat that Taylor Swift agreed to the controversial lyrics in Kanye West’s song ‘Famous’.
However The Sun has revealed that Taylor Swift’s team is seriously considering taking legal action, which could result in Kim Kardashian and Kanye West being sentenced to three years in jail.
Her legal team has said that it seems Kim and Kanye have broken California penal code 632, which makes it illegal to record calls without permission.
The video of the call revealed Taylor Swift seeming ok with the controversial line in ‘Famous’ that says ‘I feel like me and Taylor Swift might still have sex’. Taylor Swift responds saying that it is actually ‘a compliment’.
However Taylor Swift took to Instagram to reveal that she had not heard the other controversial line in the song: “I made that bitch famous”. She captioned it: “That moment when Kanye West secretly records your phone call, then Kim posts it on the Internet.”
Taylor Swift’s legal team insist that she did not know about the phone call being recorded, and she had previously warned Kanye about putting out such a ‘misogynistic’ song.
Things are not looking good for Kim and Kanye.
