It turns out that Megan Markle will be attending Pippa Middleton’s wedding after all, just not the entire event.
The actress, human rights activist, and most recently, girlfriend of Prince Harry, will be invited to the reception at the Middleton’s home, however due to Pippa’s strict “no bling, no bring” policy, People reports she won’t be able to go to the church ceremony.
This may seem a little harsh, but there’s no evidence that Pippa and Meghan have actually even met yet. Plus, it’s quite common in the U.K. for guests to only be invited to specific parts of a wedding, rather than the full shebang.

Pippa Middleton’s wedding to James Matthews, which is on May 20 in Berkshire, has been receiving a lot of press due to the rumours of the Duchess of Cambridge serving as a bridesmaid and Prince George and Princess Charlotte’s royal duties.
Markle’s inclusion in the celebration is just another sign of how serious things are between the actress and Prince Harry, who are rumoured to have started dating in June of last year.
