Police say a car driven by Sabrina Bremar three days before her body was found burning by the side of the road in Tweed Heads could be the key to finding her killer.

CCTV footage shows the 34-year-old mother driving the white 2002 Toyota Camry sedan in Logan as well as leaving the Logan Central Police Station on August 15.

On August 18, a day after her daughter reported her missing, a motorist found her burning body on the side of the road in Dulguigan – 100km from where she was last seen.

The man initially thinking it was a log before stopping to take a closer look, reports Nine News.

“There’s a great void in the timeline of her disappearance that we need to fill in,” Tweed Heads crime manager Detective Inspector Brendon Cullen told News Corp

“We need people to come forward if they have seen her at any point between the Monday when she left the station and the Wednesday.”

Police are urging anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
