Reese Witherspoon has gone ahead and fuelled all hopes of an Elle Woods comeback.
Whilst hosting a Facebook Live last week, the 40-year-old actress discussed what she loved most about filming Legally Blonde.
“I got to wear all the amazing costumes”, she said. “I also got to work with a dog every day…I’m obsessed with dogs. I love dogs!”
The mum-of-three then discussed the very important topic of another Legally Blonde sequel. “A lot of people have asked me if we’re going to make another Legally Blonde,” the actress admitted. “And we’re thinking about it.”

This isn’t the first time Reese has talked about a Legally Blonde trilogy. Last year on Fashionably Late with Rachel Zoe she admitted that now is the right time for it.
“A lot of writers over the years have come up with different ideas for it,” she explained.
“I actually think it’s kind of great right now because we’re talking about women in politics and how important that is to get more women.
And I think it’d be kind of a cool thing to have her be a Supreme Court justice or someone who runs for office, like president!”
