Alexander Wang’s NYC Pad Is Just As Chic As You’d Expect

International designer Alexander Wang has just listed his impressive New York City apartment for a cool US $3.75 million (which is almost AU $5.2 million).

The 237-square-metre Tribeca loft has been listed by Corcoran Real Estate in the US, and features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a library, home office, hardwood floors, marble detailing throughout the kitchen and bathroom and an elevator for easy access.

But what’s the real kicker? Wang’s impeccable styling, with a chic monochrome theme throughout – oh and that furry couch! Perfection.

The sleek kitchen features Sub Zero and Gagganeau appliances, stainless steel cabinetry as well as marble bench tops, splashback and built-in island.

The chic marble features also carry into the oversized bathrooms.

While technically a two bedroom loft, Wang has turned the second bedroom into a huge walk in dressing room.

The apartment was purchased by the former Balenciaga creative director back in 2010, and was renovated with the help of decorator Ryan Korban in an “industrial chic” theme according to Corcoran.
