Meghan Markle And Prince Harry Pack On The PDA Following Harry’s Emotional Statement

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are reunited

Yesterday, Prince Harry released a lengthy statement condemning the British tabloid media for their treatment of his wife Meghan Markle, something the Duke of Sussex dubbed bullying, writing that he had seen the same thing happen to his mother, Princess Diana, and that his biggest fear is history repeating itself.

“I’ve seen what happens when someone I love is commoditised to the point that they are no longer treated or seen as a real person,” he wrote. I lost my mother and now I watch my wife falling victim to the same powerful forces.”

When the statement was released to the Sussex Royal website, Harry was attending solo scheduled activities throughout Botswana, Malawi, and Angola as part of the family’s royal tour, while Meghan and four-month-old Archie Harrison stayed behind in South Africa. But overnight, the couple reunited for the final day of their visit, heading to the township of Tembisa near Johannesburg where they both gave empowering speeches.

The pair held hands at every opportunity and touched each other affectionately during their visit.

In a recent interview, Meghan opened up about juggling their son, Archie Harrion’s, needs with their packed tour schedule. The 38-year-old said the couple is “doing well,” noting that all engagements have been worked around Archie’s needs.

“I think the schedule — they have been very kind to me, because everything is based around Archie’s feeding times. So it’s a full plate,” she told reporters following a recent visit to a school near Johannesburg.

“We’re making it work,” Meghan said. “It’s worth it.”
