We can’t help but feel a little bit excited every time a celebrity meets a member of the royal family. Why? Perhaps it comes from witnessing two ordinarily separate worlds colliding, or possibly, it’s the sense that when stars come face-to-face with royalty, they become just like us.
Take, for example, Beyoncé’s 2019 rendezvous with Meghan Markle. It’s an extremely rare occasion that we ever get to see the regal songstress look so wonder-struck, and it was a moment which proved to be oddly heartwarming in pictures.
