Kate Middleton is following in the footsteps of Queen Elizabeth II by emulating her saturated dress code with a high-octane Stella McCartney gown at the Platinum Pageant.
The Jubilee has been an action packed four-day affair for the Windsors. Between Prince Louisโ rambunctious behaviour at Trooping the Colour and Kateโs sartorial references to Princess Diana, Kate has stepped into her own by closing the long weekend in style.
In recent years, weโve seen Kate portray the picture-perfect definition of a Queen Consort in-the-making with style choices that channel the Royal familyโs matriarchs.

Between her timeless silhouettes, perfectly pressed double-breasted coats and understated elegance, Kate has been making a case for sustainable fashion to be the new Royal uniform.
And what better way to prove her point than teaming up with her tried-and-tested, eco-conscious designer Stella McCartney.
While her Royal relatives opted for a more austere and understated colour palette, Kateโs fuchsia dress certainly took the attention away from the Grand Gold State Coach procession.
Featuring a gathered, wrapped-esque waist and balloon sleeve finish, the dress is reminiscent of the canary-yellow style the Duchess of Cambridge wore to the National Service of Thanksgiving ceremony. Thereโs no doubt that Kate stole the show.

After the Platinum Jubilee pageant, Kate and her three children, Prince George (8), Princess Charlotte (7) and Prince Louis (4), joined the senior members of the Royal family on the balcony of Buckingham Palace to officially conclude the Platinum Jubilee celebrations.
Of course, the patriotic revelries culminated with a mass performance of โGod Save The Queenโ.

Although the Jubilee celebrations have come to a close, the event is only just signalling the start of Kateโs European summer style reign.
With the 2022 Wimbledon Championships just around the corner, weโre sure there will be no shortage of iconic style moments from Kate for us to emulate this season.
