Carrie Bradshaw

Transforming Sarah Jessica Parker into the charismatic Carrie was makeup artist Elaine Offers Woulard, who also works as SJP’s personal artist. And of course, any fan of the franchise can tell that our favourite New York writer never shies away from glamorous and clean looks, which is exactly what was achieved by Woulard.

For the reboot, Woulard made sure to keep Carrie’s complexion looking fresh with simple and easy makeup. After all, Carrie hardly has the time or the willpower to doll up her face, especially after episode one—if you know, you know. Woulard’s look for her came together by using Koh Gen Do’s Moisture Foundation, Tom Ford’s Shade and Illuminate contour, Stila’s fan-favourite cream blushes, Milk Makeup’s cult lip and cheek sticks and Merit’s Cream Blush in the shade ‘Cheeky’.

Charlotte York

When it comes to our favourite highly-emotional, Oscar de la Renta-loving Upper East Side dweller, Matin Maulawizada is the makeup artist to applaud for Kristen Davis’ onscreen beauty looks. As expected, Charlotte’s makeup and hair moments were made to look, well, expensive and polished.

So, when it came to which beauty products were a must-have for Maulawizada to use, his first point of call was to keep her eye area as smooth and beautiful as possible, using Retrouvé’s Eye Concentrate.

Next, he opted for the Japanese brand Suqqu, but also included the brand’s cream foundation, Charlotte Tilbury’s ever-so-popular cream blushes and finally Kosas’ lipstick in the shade ‘Rosewater’.

Miranda Hobbes

While Carrie and Charlotte’s looks were gorgeous to say the least, all eyes were on Miranda, our favourite red head. As the franchise has progressed, many have wondered if future instalments will see the former corporate lawyer commit to dyeing her tresses. But as we saw—and adored—in And Just Like That, Miranda has chosen to grow out her colour, artfully embracing her new grey hue.

But with a new hair colour means a new makeup direction, so taking on the challenge was Cynthia Nixon’s longtime makeup artist, Kerrie Plant-Price. Embracing a newfound sense of self, Miranda has done a complete 180, and seemingly pays attention to her skin and makeup in the reboot. To show this, Plant-Price opted for Aleph Beauty’s Concealer/Foundation in shades ‘1.5’ and ‘2.0’, Aleph Beauty Prep/Finish Powder, AKT Beauty Therapy Elemental Sun Balm, Pat McGrath eye shadows and Dior Addict’s Stellar Lip Gloss.

Lisa Todd Wexley

Nicole Ari Parker’s character has only appeared in a handful of scenes in And Just Like That‘s first two episodes, but already, she’s won fans’ hearts. Not only is her character complex yet gracious and kind, but her fashion and beauty moments are some of the most memorable so far.

As for who was responsible for her makeup? Laurence took on the job, ensuring that her makeup is always done with a gorgeous complexion front of mind, and a creamy texture. To do so, she opted for Tom Ford’s Glow Bronzer in ‘Gold Dust’, Anastasia Beverly Hills Soft Glam Palette, Lashify’s eyelash serum, Charlotte Tilbury’s lip liner in ‘Hot Gossip’, Marc Jacobs’ lip gloss in ‘French Tickler’ and Fenty Beauty’s Gloss Bomb in ‘Hot Cherry’.
