It was at this point the actors', and indeed the show's position as an authority on fashion was truly solidified. So with that said, last night's premiere event was a true sight to behold.
First, let's take a look at Parker. The 56-year-old wore a gorgeous Oscar de la Renta design. Paying homage to Carrie Bradshaw, it featured a dusty pink tulle underline which peeped through the grey midi-skirt—yes, we can hear the Sex and the City opening intro right now.
Then came Cynthia Nixon. You really couldn't miss her—she wore a bright orange shirt dress by designer Christopher John Rogers. It featured a peaked collar and button detailing down the front. She added a pair of bright orange boots to finish it off.
We won't lie, the whole look is... a lot. But somehow, Nixon pulls it off. Orange is definitely her colour.
Then we have Kristin Davis, our on-screen hopeless romantic with a heart of gold. The 56-year-old wore a stunning floor-length Jason Wu design, which featured an off-shoulder sweetheart neckline.
We love it, we love her—need we say more?
Newcomer to the series Nicole Ari Parker also upped the glam for the evening. She wore a gorgeous golden mini-dress reminiscent of a disco ball.
Extravagant? Tick. Chic? Tick. Completely and utterly on-brand for any Sex and the City event? Tick tick tick.
