Welcome Back Lara Croft, Angelina Jolie Returns To Action In Film About A Deadly Bushfire

It's been 10 years since her last action film

Putting Maleficent aside, it’s been a decade since action fans saw Angelina Jolie battle her way through their screens via her stellar performances in classic violent flicks like Salt and Tomb Raider.

But now, Jolie is back to impress with more extraordinary stunt work, thanks to her latest film Those Who Wish Me Dead.

The new action movie sees Jolie’s character cross paths with a young boy who is suddenly being hunted by assassins. And of course, the pair must also outrun a deadly bushfire that threatens their lives.

Directed by Taylor Sheridan, the film shares similarities to the horrific bushfires that Australia suffered over a year ago, and while the events in the movie are clearly glamorised, it could hit a little too close to home.
