Sarah Jessica Parker Wears Studded Valentino To Parsons Benefit

You'll either love or hate this look!

Sarah Jessica Parker and other distinguished guests such as Arianna Huffington, Donna Karan and Matthew Broderick turned up to the annual Parsons Benefit to support Parsons School of Design in NYC.

The theme was ‘creative black tie’, so Sarah Jessica Parker dressed to theme as always, wearing a translucent plastic pinafore dress that was studded.

One tweeter even compared her outfit to a ‘Carrie Bradshaw moment’.

The Sex and the City star was one of the four women honoured by the school for her fashion influence (amongst Donna Karan, Arianna Huffington and Beth Rudin DeWoody).

The host of the night, Andy Cohen, was auctioning a shoe shopping spree at Bloomingdale’s with SJP, and he introduced her by saying “It’s Valentino, everybody”.

The spree up for auction was so popular that Sarah Jessica Parker agreed to host three, and they each sold for $10,000. The money is all going to scholarship funds for the school.
