Some of the show’s wittiest one-liners (not to mention most controversial sex scenes) belong to her – usually with the help of a hot music exec/aspiring male actor/female artist/Rabbit vibrator.
So it’s no surprise that the internet has gone into overdrive with the news that an SATC spin-off all about Samantha is in the works. Kim Cattrall took to Twitter over the weekend to practically confirm the rampant rumours, saying, “Can’t wait 2 [sic] get back 2 the serious business of making you all laugh!”
While official confirmation is yet to come from the powers that be at HBO, Cattrall’s teasing comments make this sound like a sure thing. Whether Carrie, Charlotte and Miranda will have starring roles remains to be seen – to quote Cattrall, “fingers x’d!”
