A 5-year-old boy’s body was found last Friday, after a two-month search.
Aramazd Andressian Jr. was taken to Disneyland on April 20th by his father, Aramazd Andressian Sr.
The pair left the theme park around midnight and the child was never seen alive again.
He was supposed to be dropped back to his mum the following day, but when Andressian Sr. didn’t show, his ex-wife, Ana Estevez, alerted police.
Andressian was found passed out in his car, which police say was doused with gasoline.
For the past few months, Ana has never given up hope of finding her little boy alive, however, her world was shattered when police confirmed finding his body just a few days ago.
Officials confirm that Andressian Sr. and Ana were embroiled in a bitter divorce, but still shared custody of their son, PEOPLE reports.
Police allege Andressian Sr. murdered the child to get back at his ex-wife.
He has pleaded not guilty to the murder charge and is currently being held on a $10 million bail.
