A 22-year-old Brisbane woman has spent a horror 17 hours after allegedly being abducted and assaulted.
According to 9News, a man in his 50s was arrested in northern News South Wales and is expected to be charged over the alleged kidnapping.

On Monday night at around 8pm, the 22-year-old was allegedly taken from her home in Darra. News.com.au reports the woman was taken into the manโs car and held against her will.
It will be alleged that the woman was driven to several locations, and was finally released at around 1.30pm on Tuesday. She was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The man was arrested in Grafton and will face Brisbane Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
