Brace yourself, winter is here.
The second trailer for the seventh season of ‘Game of Thrones’ was released overnight, and it is officially the most suspenseful two minutes of our entire lives.
The video opens with Sansa Stark, walking through the snow alongside her mentor Littlefinger. “Don’t fight in the North or the South” he says. “Fight every battle everywhere, always – in your mind.”
Set against series composer Ramin Djawadi’s “Light of the Seven”, epic battle scenes filled with fighting and flames appear on screen.
Ending on a solemn note, the trailer sees Sansa Stark saying: ““When the snows fall and the white winds blow, the lone wolf dies — but the pack survives.”
‘Game of Thrones’ returns to HBO July 16.
