When you hopped out of bed this morning, showered and got ready for work, it may have seemed like an ordinary day. But in actual fact, today marks TV history. Exactly 10 years ago, The Hills premiered on our screens.
Before Keeping Up With The Kardashians even existed, The Hills was our go-to reality program for all the glamour and inevitable drama that comes along with being a 20-something living in LA.
And by drama we mean love triangles, new friendships, fall-outs and internship woes.
In honour of this *very important* milestone, we’ve tracked down the cast of The Hills to see where they are now.
Lauren Conrad
One thing is for sure, Lauren has been busy! Since the show’s end, she has published six books, launched a clothing line Paper Crown, along with LC Lauren Conrad for Kohl’s and founded her own beauty and lifestyle website, LaurenConrad.com.
She’s also been lucky in love. In 2014, Lauren married lawyer William Tell.
Lo Bosworth
After leaving the show, Lo published The Lo-Down in 2011, which chronicled her dating and relationship advice. Similarly to Lauren, Lo founded a style, beauty and lifestyle website, TheLoDown.com. She also has her own channel on YouTube.
Whitney Port
We all knew Whitney was going to be successful, right?
First off, she landed her own TV series The City, which documented her move to New York to chase her fashion dreams. She then launched her own label Whitney Eve.
Last year, she married Tim Rosenman, a producer she met while they were both working on The City.
Kristin Cavallari
In 2011, Kristen appeared on the US version of Dancing With the Stars but was unfortunately eliminated in the third round.
Later, in 2013, she married Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler. The couple now have three (very adorable) kids together.
Audrina Patridge
Before Kristen had a chance, Audrina appeared on Dancing With the Stars in 2010. She also hosted travel show 1st Look between 2014 and 2015. Audrina also has her own beauty, fashion and lifestyle website, AudrinaPatridge.com.
She is currently expecting her first child with fiancé Corey Bohan.
Heidi Montag & Spencer Pratt
Oh, Heidi and Spencer! Who could forget the token villains of The Hills?
It’s been a bit of an interesting ride for this pair, who have been in and out of tabloid headlines. The pair made appearances in Celebrity Wife Swap, Celebrity Big Brother and I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here.
The couple have had their fair share of financial troubles and have been residing in a property owned by Pratt’s parents to avoid paying rent.
