New on the rumour mill: Lucy Hale could be joining the cast of Riverdale for the second season of the ridiculously popular TV show.
Now that Pretty Little Liars has officially come to an end (sob), the actress is free to start other projects – perfect timing – and has done more than hint at wanting to be on the teen drama.
Just six days ago, Lucy took a ‘which Riverdale character are you?’ quiz (spoiler: she got Veronica Lodge), and now she’s commenting on the cast’s social media revealing they’ll be seeing each other soon.
Madelaine Petsch, who plays Cheryl Blossom on the show, uploaded a pic of the River Vixens to her Instagram.
“Put your leg up on my hip, when you dip I dip we dip,” she captioned the snap – but it was the comments below that caught our eye.
Lucy Hale wrote: “I want to superimpose myself into this,” which already had us jumping out of our seats, but it’s the response from Madelaine that has us putting money on Lucy joining the cheerleading team.
“@lucyhale we shall recreate when ur here,” Madeline wrote.
