Taylor Swift was successful this week in having a photograph of herself allegedly being groped by a DJ being kept from the public.
In 2015, the 26-year-old countersued Robert “Jackson” Mueller for allegedly groping her after a 2013 concert after he sued her for slander, claiming her security team accused him of sexually assaulting the pop star and he lost his job and future gigs as a result.
Meuller claims the incident did happen, but states it was is KYGO radio station boss, Eddie Haskell, reports Vulture.
The judge presiding over the case ordered to seal the pictures of the incident until after the trial, agreeing with Swift’s team that it is almost certain that “the photograph will be shared for scandalous and prurient interests.”

The judge did however, rule that other evidence in the case should not be held back.
In her July 26 deposition, Swift is asked to recount the incident, and describes feeling “distressed” and “violated”.
“Right as the moment came for us to pose for the photo, he took his hand and put it up my dress and grabbed onto my ass cheek and no matter how much I scooted over it was still there,” said Swift, according to court records obtained by Billboard.
“It was completely intentional, I’ve never been so sure of anything in my life.”

“I remember being frantic, distressed, feeling violated in a way I had never experienced before,” Swift said. “A meet-and-greet is supposed to be a situation where you’re thanking people for coming, you’re supposed to be welcoming people into your home, which is the arena for that day, and for someone to violate that hospitality in that way, I was completely stunned.”
The Blank Space singer filed the deposition in the hopes of avoiding a trial, and has said she will donate all money a jury might award her to charities that protect women from sexual assault.
Swift’s reps are yet to comment.
