Ashley Graham has been praised by women everywhere for embracing her pregnant body and sharing all of the changes she’s going through with her followers.

The supermodel, who announced her first pregnancy to husband Justin Ervin in August, has been showcasing her pregnancy workouts, public call-outs for good maternity leggings and close up photos of her stretch marks, admitting that was a “journey” learning to love her ever-changing body.

Taking to Instagram overnight, Graham, who recently interviewed Rosie Huntington-Whiteley about her pregnancy, said she’s gained 50lbs so far (22kgs).

“Throughout my pregnancy so far I’ve gained 50lbs. And the best part is, I don’t care!” she wrote alongside a photo of her practising pregnancy yoga.

“I have never felt better, and I am so thankful that my body and son have allowed me to be as mobile and flexible as I have been. Between working out, yoga, acupuncture and lymphatic massages – I finally feel like I figured out this whole pregnancy thing and how to feel my best.”

When Graham interviewed Huntington-Whiteley for her podcast Pretty Big Deal, the British model and Rose Inc founder also spoke candidly about her post-baby weight gain, saying that during her pregnancy she gained 55lbs (24.9kgs).

“Listen, I enjoyed myself. I let the reins go. It’s a new experience, so you’re kind of like, ‘Well, let’s see how this goes’. And six months in, I was like, ‘What? This is crazy! It was an intense journey. It was so magical to see – towards the end I just walked around naked. So by the end I just felt really empowered in my body, but it took a minute to get there,” she said.
