This Australian fashion label is under fire from Fair Trading

They've received multiple complaints

Beloved Australian fashion label Shakuhachi is in hot water following a litany of complaints against its online shopping set-up. Multiple customers have ordered and paid for items they never received, to the extent that Shakuhachi is currently listed second on NSW Fair Trading’s Complaints Register for January 2017 and December 2016.

Fair Trading received 27 complaints about Shakuhachi in January, including one from 26-year-old customer Nikki, who ordered a black maxi dress from the label for a wedding last year, and still hasn’t received it, smh.com.au reports.

“I ordered it and received a confirmation email… but after about two weeks I hadn’t heard anything,” Nikki told smh.com.au. “I tried calling head office a few times, but it always rang out.” She’s yet to receive a refund, despite multiple requests.

Two other fashion e-tailers feature heavily on the NSW Fair Trading Complaints Register, Popcherry and LuxStyle, which the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission has officially warned consumers against.
