In news that’s sure to leave you whispering “knew it”, Brooke Blurton has revealed that Nick ‘Honey Badger’ Cummins let her in on the secret that he was planning to choose no one at the Bachelor finale.
Appearing on the premiere episode of Bachelor In Paradise, Brooke revealed the only reason she decided to walk away on her own terms before the final rose ceremony.
“My last date with Nic, we were on a motorbike. I thought there was chemistry there,” she told Alisha, Cat and Cass as they settled into paradise in Fiji. “Then he stopped the cameras and smothered his mic to tell me he wasn’t going to pick anyone in the end.”

The other girl’s questioned Brooke not telling the other girls Brittany and Sophie.
Brooke said, “He told me not to tell anyone and I protected him”.
“I couldn’t tell the other girls and I felt that was really sh*t,” she admitted. “I don’t regret the decision to leave. I don’t want to be with someone who’s not committed. I’m not going to waste my time and I feel like that’s what he did to us.”
When speaking to producers, Brooke revealed Nic “pretty much just broke my heart and made me feel like I have to keep the secret”.
Following the episode’s airing, Nick responded to fans via Instagram. One person wrote underneath his latest photo that he should “turn off his comments” after several people had left angry opinions.
Nick wrote, “Don’t hide from life mate, own your decisions”.
