A TV Guide Just Accidentally Leaked A Massive ‘Bachelor’ Spoiler

Whoops

Warning: Spoilers

The new season of The Bachelor Australia with astrophysicist Matt Agnew hasn’t even begun and already we’ve had a promo go viral in the United States and a spoiler for an upcoming episode leaked.

A TV guide description for episode two of the show, which premieres on Wednesday at 7.30pm, accidentally revealed one of the major plot twists of the season: instead of a few intruders (four at most) coming in towards the end of the show, eight new women will be introduced in episode two.

According to the description for Thursday’s episode, which was shared online after a reader noticed the mistake and picked up by News.com.au, the unexpected intruders will leave the 20 contestants who arrived on the first night unhappy, with some “not willing to take the news lying down”.

Thankfully, for once we haven’t had any spoilers (yet) surrounding who wins this Bachelor’s heart, however, we do know that we’re not getting a repeat of last year’s Honey Badger drama and that Matt picks someone in the end.

On whether he’s found love, the 32-year-old told The Courier Mail, “Yes, I have. I’m delighted with how the process worked out for me, and I’m very, very happy.”

“I went into it (the show) pretty confident in myself and that I would make the right decision for me,” he continued.

There you have it: love at the end and eight new women’s names to learn on Thursday night.

Let the games begin.
