It seems the party might have been a surprise for the 22-year-old with Bella screaming as she walked into the room.
The fashion-forward model wore a corset, Almaz ripped trousers, a Chanel belt and adorned herself in multiple diamond rings, bracelets and choker, instantly lifting her monochrome outfit and proving that diamonds are a girl's best friend.
The venue was dream-like with a red and white colour theme and fairy lights, with Bella's five-tier birthday cake adorned with colourful butterflies and flowers.
