Who could forget the ending to Game of Thrones’ final season? In fact, it’s still raw. In particular, who could forget when Bran Stark won the Iron Throne, despite having one of the most bizarre (and frankly undeserving) storylines of all the characters. Well as it turns out, the North (read: Emmys organisers) remembers.
During the ceremony, every major GoT character walked the stage to farewell the series for one final time. One character who wasn’t invited on stage? Bran The Broken, AKA THE KING OF THE NORTH!!
Twitter had a field day with this one.
And many were quick to point out, it’s not like actor Isaac Hempstead Wright wasn’t invited to the ceremony – he was simply seated with lesser-known cast members.
I’m going to need a full week to recover from this.
