Carrie Bickmore's daughter Evie turned four last week, and The Project host took on the seemingly impossible - making the birthday cake from scratch!
Bickmore revealed she spent $16 on ingredients and took the recipe from the Coles recipe book.
“Evie wanted a cake from the @colessupermarkets magazine for her birthday,” the mum-of-two wrote captioned a photo of the finished product on Instagram. “So Ollie and I gave it our best shot making it. Even had a rainbow cake in the middle."
"We are available for hire for any occasion," she joked.

Bickmore's followers went crazy for the birthday cake.
"Love this...no fancy schmancy wedding style kid cake. Just homemade with love like the good old days!!" one mum wrote on Instagram.
“Ohhhh my daughter saw this cake too and wants it for her birthday in June!!!! Hopefully, it turns out the same,” another added.
Since sharing a snap of the five-tier cake which has no artificial colours or flavours, mums all over Australia have tried out the recipe. And you bet they gave it the tick of approval!
