The First Trailer For The New ‘Charlie’s Angels’ Reboot Is Here

Good morning Angel's

Good Morning Angels. That’s right, the brand new trailer for the Charlie’s Angels reboot movie just dropped and has given the first look at Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott (Aladdin, Power Rangers) and Ella Balinska (A Modern Tale) as the super-spy trio.

The new adaptation marks the first time the Charlie’s Angels franchise will be back in theatres since 2003’s Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle, which starred original cast members, Lucy Liu, Cameron Diaz and Drew Barrymore.

The new generation film finds Charlie’s Angels going international, with multiple teams and Bosley’s around the work. Patrick Stewart, Djimon Hounsou and Sam Claflin have all been cast as Bosley, the Angel’s unofficial sidekick. To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before’s Noah Centineo also has a supporting role.

The new trailer, released by Sony Pictures, also features a new song by Ariana GrandeMiley Cyrus and Lana Del Rey.

Elizabeth Banks, who wrote, directed and produced the film’s screenplay, in addition to playing a character in the film, claims Stewart was her “secret weapon”.

“She’s a world-famous beauty, a style icon, but I think what she’s most known for is living authentically. Just being herself all the time,” Banks told People. “I felt that I could surprise audiences with a Kristen performance. And I think that people will be delighted by just how much fun she’s having in this movie.”

The Pitch Perfect 2 director also praises Stewart’s willingness to experiment with the remake, try new things and to lead by example.

“She came to set super game, so excited,” she says. “[Kristen] is a great leader, took the responsibility of being number one on the call sheet seriously, took the other ladies under her wings, showed the way. She did all the training, worked super hard and was a total pro and leader the entire time. I couldn’t ask for a better partner to make the movie with than Kristen.”

The film hits theatres in November.
