Jules Sebastian knows how to keep things moving.
When she’s not sharing her latest wardrobe win with her 225K Instagram followers, the stylist and mother-of-two keeps busy with her podcast series, Tea With Jules, and The Sebastian Foundation—an organisation she and husband Guy Sebastian founded in 2013 that assists families and young people in need.
As the Christmas countdown begins, Sebastian’s schedule calls for some designated shopping time. Thankfully, having made a career styling A-listers, the fashion tastemaker has long mastered the skill of sourcing the perfect present.

What’s your favourite family Christmas tradition?
Usually the family and I all head home to South Australia, where Guy and I are from, and have Christmas there with everyone. Growing up, the whole family would go into the city to David Jones and watch the Christmas Pageant.
What’s your favourite Christmas movie?
My favourite Christmas film would have to be Home Alone with a young Macaulay Culkin—the boys love that movie. And of course you can’t go past Love Actually.
What’s the most special gift you’ve received from Guy?
Guy is really great at gift-giving and always gives thoughtful gifts. I think my favourite thing he’s ever given me was a day out at a spa with massages and facials.
What’s your most cherished Christmas memory?
It would have to be the first Christmas with both my boys. Just the excitement that was surrounding the day and then seeing their faces light up on Christmas day. It was special.
What does your Christmas outfit look like this year?
I usually go all out on my Christmas day look. We have a big lunch with the family and I like to get a bit dressed up. I think a beautiful dress with a big sleeve this year—love a big sleeve!
What is the ultimate accessory come the party season?
I think a bag that works for all different party-season events, such as the Coach Alie bag, that you can dress up or down.
What Christmas songs are the most repeated in the Sebastian household?
My favourite Christmas song would have to be Mariah Carey’s All I Want For Christmas, of course. I pretty fond of blasting that one. Then it’s onto Michael Bublé—can’t go wrong with The Bubes!
