The ‘Clueless’ Cast Just Reunited For The Film’s 25th Anniversary

We're like, totally buggin'

It’s been almost 25 years since the world was graced with the cult classic that is Clueless. And, in honour of the film’s milestone, several members of the original cast reunited at the Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo (C2E2 for short) to participate in a fan panel/make our ’90s dreams come true.

The cast members included Breckin Meyer (aka Travis Birkenstock, hapless skateboarding love interest of Tai Frasier), Donald Faison (aka Murray Duvall), Paul Rudd (aka Josh Lucas), and Alicia Silverstone (Cher Horowitz herself).

“Such a sweet reunion last night at dinner with my pal #PaulRudd. I love this guy! I mean he ordered vegan for both of us…Swoon 🤗 One more day to go at #c2e2, hope to see u tomorrow!” Silverstone captioned a sweet selfie with Rudd.

Earlier this year, Silverstone spoke at Cinespia’s Clueless screening in the Hollywood Forever Cemetery in Los Angeles and made a surprising revelation about Cher’s iconic wardrobe.

While it seemed as though Alicia had some seriously fond memories about working on the movie, she revealed she regrets not knowing a little more about fashion at the time.

“I just didn’t get fashion at all,” Alicia admitted. “I was just kind of a tomboy and I just wasn’t into it, so when we had the Clueless fittings, I was just like, ‘What is going on? Why am I in these fittings for so long?’ I just didn’t get it until I saw the movie and I was just like, ‘Oh I get it! The costumes are the star of the movie!’”

She went on to claim that her biggest regret was giving away the iconic outfits that she took from the set.

“I took so much of the clothes and I’m really sad because I don’t have any of them anymore because, like a ding dong, I got home with so many of the clothes and I was like, ‘How am I going to wear these Mary Janes out now?'” she explained. “Like, that girl who wore jeans and a green t-shirt didn’t know how to transition and of that wardrobe, so I just gave a lot of it away. I don’t have any of it but I had a lot of it.”
