It can be difficult to explain to others how you’re feeling – which is why anyone who lives with anxiety will love illustrator Pranita Kocharekar’s new series, Is That You.
The series aims to raise awareness and understanding of anxiety – and her images perfectly encapsulate the everyday struggles that anxious people grapple with.
“After speaking to a few friends, I realised that there are many people who suffer from minor and major anxiety,” Kocharekar told Mashable. “I also realised that there are simple solutions to minor anxiety such as acknowledging it, meditation and breathing techniques.
“I knew that stating these facts will not be enough. So I began gathering details of incidents that my friends and I acknowledged and illustrated them.”
