So it looks like the rumours that Tom Hiddleston is ‘trying to be the next Bond’ or that the next Bond will be female are all completely false.
Why? Because Daniel Craig has been lying to us this whole time!

Daniel Craig famously told TimeOut London that he’d rather ‘slash his wrists’ than play Bond again, but has recently come out saying that he would like to retract his comments.
According to Vulture, he’ll be sticking around for longer than we though.
“They say that s—t sticks, and that definitely stuck,” he joked about his comments. “It was the day after filming [stopped on Spectre]. I’d been away from home for a year. Boo-hoo. It’s a good gig. I enjoy it.”
“As far as I’m concerned, I’ve got the best job in the world. I’ll keep doing it as long as I still get a kick out of it,” he added. “If I were to stop doing it, I would miss it terribly.”
