David Beckham is used to having people stop and stare at him, but it’s usually because they’re admiring his good looks... So the star’s latest Instagram post has left fans more than a little shocked.
The former football star, who is trying his hand at acting in pal Guy Ritchie’s new film, King Arthur, shared a pic from the set, and it’s safe to say he’s barely recognisable.
The 41-year-old’s infamous good looks were covered up with prosthetic make-up to give the appearance of a deep facial scar covering most of his face. He was also rocking some pretty gnarly looking gnashers.
The remake of the classic tale of Knights of the Roundtable: King Arthur also stars Charlie Hunnam and Jude Law.
According to IMDB will play the role of 'Blackleg Leader' but further details have been kept fairly underwraps.
The Guardian reports that his character will be 'a disgruntled knight' who is unable to retrieve King Arthur's sword, named the Excalibur, from its stone.
