Returns Explained 

Clarks Australia offers free returns for items over $60 within 28 days of purchase. Clarks will not take responsibility for returned items not received if registered post is not used.

Depending on where you live in Australia, shipping your returns back will take between 2-6 business days for most areas. Make sure that you return your item within the 28-day timeframe otherwise it will be rejected. 

Return items must be unworn with the original tags still attached with no markings. Items must also be returned in the original shoe box which must be in the original condition. Return postage is non-refundable.
