Nude Lucy offers Express Delivery as its standard shipping service, powered by StarTrack Express. Delivery is free on orders over $120 and charged at a flat rate of $10 on orders under $120. Orders are packed within 1 business day, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays, with metro deliveries typically arriving within 1 to 2 business days and regional deliveries within 2 to 4 business days. All orders are dispatched with Authority to Leave as the default, so a signature is not required and the parcel will be left in a safe place at the delivery address.

Nude Lucy Returns Policy

Nude Lucy offers a 30-day change of mind returns policy for most items. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, returned in their original intact packaging, with proof of purchase provided. Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. For hygiene reasons, swimwear, underwear, headwear, jewellery, cosmetics, and opened Nude Care products are also excluded from returns. Online orders can be returned by post using a $10 prepaid return label purchased through the Online Returns Portal, with refunds processed within 5 business days of the return being received. Alternatively, online purchases can be returned in store for a refund or exchange, subject to stock availability. Exchanges are not available on postal returns.

Click & Collect

Nude Lucy offers a free Click & Collect service at all store locations across Australia. At checkout, customers can select the pick-up in store option, enter their postcode, and choose their nearest store. Orders are prioritised and packed within one hour of being placed, or within one hour of the store opening if the order is placed outside trading hours. Customers are required to present their email order confirmation and photo identification when collecting. Orders are held in store for up to 21 days.
