While the rest of us have spent the last year and in particular, the last couple of months, fawning over Hollywood’s man of the minute Brad Pitt, it seems as though President Donald Trump is not on board.

At a Colorado rally last week, Trump told the crowd that he has never been a big fan of Pitt – who recently won an Oscar for his supporting role in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood – and called the actor out for his Oscar’s speech.
"And then you have Brad Pitt, I was never a big fan of his. He got up, said a little wise guy thing. He's a little wise guy."
You might be wondering what it was exactly about Pitt’s speech that has gotten the president so fired up. The star; who is known for speaking publicly about issues he is passionate about, used his Oscar’s acceptance speech to criticise Republicans in the Senate for not allowing former White House national security adviser, John Bolton, to testify in the impeachment trial against Trump.
"They told me I only had 45 seconds this year, which is 45 seconds more than the Senate gave John Bolton this week," Pitt said.

Although, it seems as though Trump’s issues may be with the Academy Awards in general, as he proceeded to also criticise the South-Korean, four-time, Oscar-winning film, Parasite, at the same rally. His remarks on Bong Joon-ho’s award-winning film were undisputedly racist, his main – and only criticism of the film being that it was from South Korea.
"How bad were the Academy Awards this year?" he said.
"And the winner is... a movie from South Korea! What the hell was that all that about? We've got enough problems with South Korea, with trade. On top of that, they give them the best movie of the year. Was it good? I don't know. Let's get Gone With the Wind back, please? Sunset Boulevard. So many great movies."
