Chris, as always, looked dapper in a navy suit, proudly standing by his wife's side for her special moment.
The action-packed film sees Pataky star as JJ Collins — an army captain forced to use her tactical training and military expertise when a coordinated missile attack threatens the safety of her interceptor station.
Hemsworth, who served as an executive producer on the project, has had his fair share of experience in the action world, and was available on standby to give Elsa any advice, should she need it.
'He was so bossy!' Pataky told The Project earlier this week, when asked if she had sought Chris' expertise while preparing for the role.
"He was just telling me, like, 'This is the right angle when you punch'. He was showing me how to do it, what is the right position you have to have,' she explained.
"He has been doing it for a long time. It was great having him. He was supporting me from the beginning, from when he first read the script."
When asked how the pair deal with professional disagreements on set, Pataky compared it to being married, but said it was actually easier than dealing with personal issues.
"It's like your marriage, in a way, you work things out. It's different when he's an executive producer, he gives you advice, he supports you. It's easier than when we are married every day," she explained.
Hemsworth and Pataky currently reside in Byron Bay, with their three children, India (9) and twins Sasha and Tristan (8).
Interceptor is available to stream on Netflix June 3.
