Chanel really covered all bases for Spring Summer 2018. From a new twist on the house’s iconic tweed designs (think mini skirts and crop tops) to an unexpected amount of denim, and finale gowns worthy of the wedding aisle.

3. The models
This season’s breakout star, Kaia Gerber opened the show with proud mum Cindy Crawford watching on from the front row. Victoria’s Secret model and one-to-watch Grace Elizabeth closed.

Models were dressed for the wet weather with see-through ponchos, Chanel rainboots and plastic hats.

5. The beauty
’80s-inspired blue eyeshadow and glossy red lips were the theme with models wearing wet-look hair or slick ponytails wrapped in perspex.
