In Kyoto’s golden twilight, OMEGA unveiled its latest showstopper: the Aqua Terra 30 mm. But it wasn’t just the timepieces turning heads – Sunday Rose Urban Kidman, daughter of Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, made her campaign debut, quietly stealing the show. Elegant, self-assured and refreshingly low-key, she leads a new generation of faces for OMEGA’s “My Little Secret” campaign.

OMEGA’s Kyoto reveal was anything but ordinary. Guests began the night on an observation deck, with the city’s ancient skyline glowing below. From there, it was a sensory journey – voile-draped installations, confessional-style photo booths, and live Japanese calligraphy – all building up to the collection’s big reveal. Twelve watches. Twelve moods. All carrying one beautiful secret.
“We’ve created timepieces that move effortlessly from day to night,” said OMEGA CEO Raynald Aeschlimann. “They’re versatile, elegant, and made to last – inside and out.”
The new 30 mm size is the smallest Aqua Terra yet, but it punches well above its weight. Each model houses one of two brand-new Master Chronometer movements – the Calibre 8750 for stainless steel and two-tone styles, and Calibre 8751 for full gold references. Think: magnetic resistance to 15,000 gauss, 48-hour power reserve, and Co-Axial escapements. It’s watchmaking wizardry in a scaled-down form.
Design-wise, there’s something for every kind of minimalist: brushed stainless steel, two-tone gold, and 18K Moonshine™ and Sedna™ gold models. Vibrant dials, slim markers, and a date window at 6 o’clock give it that polished-yet-unfussy feel. The integrated bracelet is finished with OMEGA’s patented butterfly clasp – aka peak wrist comfort.
The “My Little Secret” campaign brings together an impressive cast: Grammy-winner Tems, K-pop star Danielle Marsh, actress Ariana DeBose, model Ashley Graham, and BAFTA’s Marisa Abela – with Sunday Rose rounding out the group. Together, they represent a new kind of cool: creative, accomplished, and not afraid to keep a few things just for themselves.
