On Tuesday night, Bvlgari hosted a cocktail reception to celebrate the 2019 Bvlgari Art Award and acknowledged this year’s recipient of the prestigious award, Nusra Latif Qureshi. Set against the grand architecture of the Art Gallery of New South Wales, Bvlgari brought to life its rich history in arts and culture through an evening of celebration and high-glamour.
The golden carpet was laid out for guests, with the space transformed with custom-built activations for the evening of Italian magic. The atmosphere was set through taste, sight and sound with a soundtrack provided by Dan Fontaine & His Orchestra and a DJ set by Niki Dé Saint.
Taking inspiration from the recent CINEMAGIA high jewellery launch in Capri, the Bvlgari Art Award cocktail reception showcased beautiful and iconic jewellery pieces, accessories and timepieces from the newest collections. Guests had the opportunity to try on bold and larger than life Bvlgari pieces and have their portrait captured in the 19th Century Australian Art court to commemorate the evening.
