Friday Fashion Fix: How to Wear Puff-Sleeves

The perfect summer staple

The new statement sleeve is frothy, sweet and supersized–the puff works in proportion to a neatly fitted bodice and cropped length, for a blouse that’s as chic as it is cute.

When it’s too hot for a crisp shirt, puff-sleeve crops in cotton or linen make for a breezy alternative. With a square neckline, shirring or tie-waist details, tailoring adds polish any outfit whilst roomy sleeves keep it modern and cool.

Balance a puff-sleeve’s volume with streamlined bottoms like flowing pants or a slip skirt, and finish with fine and feminine accessories for an easy-to-wear and flattering take on the trend.
