Is there anything Ganni can’t do? Our favourite Copenhagen-based fashion label, who counts the likes of Gigi Hadid and Kylie Jenner as fans, has revealed a first look at their exclusive capsule with MatchesFashion.com — and it’s everything we could have dreamed of.
Taking inspiration from the sun and the moon, the 13-piece capsule includes the best of the earth (leopard print) and the sky (astrology-inspired sun faces and crescent moons) through the three prints. Featuring the brand’s signature spring/summer babydoll dress and puff sleeved tunic, some of Ganni’s best hits have been reimagined in new and classic prints. Topped off with a hint of tangerine gingham, the collection is as versatile as it is statement-making.
Releasing on April 30, the capsule aptly named Sun, Moon & You could be dressed up or down depending on the occasion. We particularly like the idea of layering up leather jackets, turtlenecks and combat boots, turning the summery pieces into autumn staples.
“I’ve always loved the mystery of astrology and the idea that everything i the universe is connected to the stars, the moon and the stars. We used this as our inspiration and chose an eclectic mix of cosmic prints with our classic leopard,” Ganni’s Creative Director Ditte Reffstrup said of the ethos behind the collaboration.
