Suffice it to say, Celine Dion is an icon. Not only is she the unofficial queen of Paris Couture Fashion Week, serving one killer street style look after another, but she also sits front row at shows, whips through the city on a scooter while clad designer couture gowns. She also recently wore a designer replica of that Titanic necklace and most importantly, managed to squeeze in time to get a chic new haircut.
As it turns out, we’re not the only ones obsessed with Celine. Crazy Rich Asians star and Gemma Chan loves her as much as we do. Going so far as to call her time with the 51-year-old as “the best half an hour of my life.”
In a recent interview with The Guardian, Gemma recounts letting loose with her idol on a party bus following the 2019 Met Gala. “She was an absolute f–king legend,” Chan said.
While Chan claims there is video evidence of the epic night, the actress insists that it will, sadly, never see the light of day.
“I can’t believe it happened. Nothing will top that. I pole-danced on a bus with Celine Dion.” While some things are, indeed, scared – we would do just about anything to see that footage.
