Despite Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik may have gotten back together last year, but the couple had kept their relationship away from the eyes of fans. On April 24, the day after the models 25th birthday, Hadid shared a rare photo of her and Malik celebrating in isolation.
Among a collage of photos, Hadid posted a shot of her and her boyfriend in a joyful embrace. In the photo, Malik wore a quilted coat fit for quarantine.
“Had the sweetest day celebrating my 25th birthday with my quarantine family, who made it so special for me, along with all the love I felt from all over the world!,” she wrote. “Thank you to everyone for the birthday messages, I carried you with me yesterday!! 💛🙏 I am grateful and lucky that my family and friends -near and far- are healthy and safe, and although I missed loved ones I wish I could have celebrated with, know that these times will make us even more grateful for togetherness to be had in the future ! I will never forget my 25th bday!”
Hadid also posted a sweet boomerang of the two, alongside sister Bella Hadid.
“❣️🍰” she wrote.
On Valentine’s Day, Hadid celebrated by posting an Instagram-official photo of Malik taken back in December 2019. “HEY VALENTINE,” she wrote. “Z on the farm ♡ Dec 2019.”
