Rumours of Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik breaking up started circulating last week, after fans noticed the famous couple hadn’t posted any holiday photos together. Now, sources close to the pair have revealed they have been “spending time apart” since November.
A source told E! News that Gigi and Zayn “think it’s best for the sake of their relationship right now” and that the model and musician are in different places in their lives.
“They are in different points in their lives right now and decided they needed the time to breathe apart from each other. They are still in touch and both hope that things will work out, but their relationship is always up and down.”
Gigi and Zayn were together for two years before they announced their split in March of 2018 via social media. A few months later, the two were spotted holding hands and later confirmed they were back together.
