Halle also shared a bit of her workout, which included kettlebell squat presses (three sets of 10 reps) and kettlebell swings (three sets of 15 reps). On top of weight exercises with her personal trainer, she is also a fan of yoga and boxing, which she practised for over three years.
Of her diet, the mother-of-two has previously said she follows the keto diet and practises intermittent fasting. "I don't take just one vitamin, like one pill, I take multiple vitamins," she said on Instagram. "I take extra calcium, I take magnesium, I take loads of vitamin C, I take B12, I take D. And then I have sort of my food supplements like my green juice, and my bullet coffee, other things that I think sort of work in tandem with my vitamins."
