Hilary Duff has given birth to a beautiful baby girl to boyfriend Matthew Koma. The actress and singer announced the news on Instagram today, sharing the first photo of her newborn girl and revealing her unique name: Banks Violet Bair.
Revealing her daughter was born on Thursday, Oct. 25 at her Los Angeles home, Hilary wrote: “Banks Violet Bair❤️ this little bit has fully stolen our hearts! She joined our world at home on Thursday afternoon and is absolute magic ✨”
Little Banks is the couple’s first child together and Hilary’s 6-year-old son Luca Comrie is now a big brother.
In a recent Instagram photo, Hilary noted that pregnancy was “hard as hell.”
“The boobs are big the belly is big the body is big. Man.. pregnancy is hard,” she wrote.
She added, “Giving love to all mamas who make it look effortless… this journey is hard as hell and also incredibly special…Women are so bad a–, this was just a note to remind myself and remind others how’s strong and beautiful you are! WE GOT THIS.”
