Janet Jackson, 50, gave birth to a healthy baby boy, who she named Eissa, on January 3.
People has confirmed the exiting baby news. “Janet Jackson and husband Wissam Al Mana are thrilled to welcome their new son Eissa Al Mana into the world,” her rep says in a statement.
“Janet had a stress-free healthy delivery and is resting comfortably.”

‘Eissa’ is the Arabic form of ‘Jesus’, so the name likely has a spiritual meaning for the couple.
Jackson announced her pregnancy with husband, Al Mana in May 2016 when she was forced to cancel her tour to prioritise her health.
