Congratulations are in order for Jennifer Hawkins and Jake Wall, who have today announced they are expecting their first child.
Sharing the sweet news to Instagram, Jen wrote: “I’m sooo happy to share with you some exciting news!
“Jake and I are expecting a baby girl!!! We can’t wait to meet her! Thank you to our beautiful family and friends for their love and support and, most importantly, to my hubby Jake – I can’t wait to see you as a Daddy!”
Hawkins and Wall wed in 2013, after dating for eight years. The couple held a small ceremony in a resort on the island of Bali. The couple were engaged for 18 months after Wall proposed in New Zealand
The couple has in the past spoken about how their relationship has strengthened over the years.
“That’s what happens when you are young and you break up a million times and then you come back together,” she told Stellar.
“We’ve had a lot of downs, I guess, with Jake’s mum passing away and a few things happening in my family, so it hasn’t been perfect.”
In between modelling jobs, the couple shares a project together as they launched an alcoholic beverage called Sesión Premium Tequila.
