Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez have blessed us with the engagement content we’ve been wanting (read: needing) since the news broke that the couple were engaged. The original announcement was simple, with both A-Rod and J.Lo posting the same image of the massive ring.
On Tuesday afternoon, however, Lopez treated us to four more shots of the whole event, including A. Rod on bended knee in front of linen-clad J. Lo, whose skirt is billowing in the wind. The images are sweetly captioned, “3.9.19✨♥️”
The former New York Yankee also posted the sweet pictures, captioning: “Locking it down. 💙 #futuremrsrodriguez.”

Rodriguez also opened up about their engagement in his Instagram story on Tuesday.
“There aren’t many words to share with you, only feelings. Gratitude. Excitement. And just…joy,” he wrote alongside a photo from the proposal in which he’s kissing Lopez’s forehead. “We know there is work to do to keep building a family and future we can be proud of, and we can’t do it without all of you. We are so thankful for all your messages of love and congratulations.”
